| Player Expectations
As a member of the Juventus Premier Futbol
Club, each player is expected to participate in all Juventus practices,
games, and other related events. Participation in and commitment
to this club should be taken seriously to ensure optimal progression of
players' soccer skills and knowledge. Individual and team progress
depends on the attendance and individual efforts and attitude of each
player. The time these players spend together working, developing,
and improving as a team will foster friendships, advance the
training/practice experience, and promote team bonding.
- Players will always represent
Juventus PFC in a positive manner
- Players will attend 100% of team
practices, arriving 10 minutes early
- Players will attend 100% of games,
arriving 30 minutes early
- Players will always exhibit good
sportsmanship
- Players will wear Juventus PFC
training gear to all practices
- Players will come to every practice
ready to work hard and have fun developing their soccer skills
- Players will contact coaches prior
to missing a game/practice due to illness; missed practices must be
made up with another team

| Parent Expectations
Parents are the key to player development
and attitude. They are the role models for not only their player,
but also the players they encounter at games and practices.
Parental support and commitment is essential for player growth and
development. Being the parent of a premier soccer player requires
time, commitment, and an appreciation for the players' goals. With
an appreciation for and understanding of the time and energy parents are
giving to make this opportunity a reality for young players, we hold
certain expectations for all Juventus PFC parents.
- Parents will always model good
sportsmanship
- Parents will ensure player
attendance at 100% of team practices, with players arriving 10
minutes early
- Parents will ensure player
attendance at 100% of games, with players arriving 30 minutes early
- Parents will practice positive
feedback to their player, showing support and respect for the
player's hard work and effort
- Parents will respect coach's and
referee's decisions

| Coach Expectations
Coaches make the difference in what and how
players learn and develop. Being a coach for Juventus Premier
Futbol Club is an honor and should be viewed as such. Expectations
for Juventus coaches (and all staff) are very high. The standards
and expectations have been set high so that players and families benefit
from the coaches' knowledge and experiences. It is through these
expectations that coaches have been selected and trained with the goal
of creating a legacy of qualified, talented coaches who develop quality,
talented players.

curriculum - ensuring technical, tactical, psychological, and
physical development of players
- Coaches will follow practice

up 15 minutes prior to the start of practice
