The founders of Juventus Premier Futbol Club have gone to great lengths to ensure that Juventus PFC players receive proper instruction from a young age. Considerable time was spent in analyzing the skills all players need to develop, the correct technique that should be used to execute the skills, and the stages of development necessary to use the skills in various game situations.  The curriculum was also developed in keeping with the European training model, which emphasizes teaching players technical, tactical, psychological, and physical components of soccer from a young age.  This allows players to develop good habits of play at the onset of training.  Players are able to practice and master skills based on ability, not age.  Players will work on targeted "age appropriate" skills while being introduced to and encouraged to begin mastering more challenging skills when appropriate.

To ensure that players receive well-rounded soccer training, the curriculum follows a "scope and sequence" approach to learning.  Each skill will be taught to players in five stages, beginning with coaches featuring a skill and culminating in players independently incorporating the skill into game situations.  In some cases, the stages will progress quickly during one season.  For other, more difficult tactics, the stages will span multiple seasons.

All Juventus coaches are trained to coach within the European model.  They also receive on-going training at clinics and monthly coaches' meetings.  Initial training provides an overview of the Juventus Training Curriculum, and clinics provide coaches with instruction on using challenging yet fun practice drills that meet the curriculum goals.
